LEED CertifiedEvergreen State HVAC is LEED EBOM Certified Building:

Russ worked with Jared Siliker, a LEED AP – EBOM, to certify (Project #1000002626) the Evergreen State Heat & AC Shop and Office as LEED EBOM (Existing Building Operations & Maintenance) certified in March 2011; and the building was the first such certified in Snohomish County.  It is our belief that in order to certify other commercial buildings we need to start by certifying our own.
